Change or Remove My Game Or Happening

Please read the following before completing the form below.

1. Requests to add or remove monthlies may not be made using this form. Please see the Monthly page for information on how to submit these types of changes.
   
   
2. Time slots are not transferable between hosts. Should you desire to give up a slot, it will be made available on the calendar and provided to the first member who requests it.
   
   
3. Games are not transferable between hosts. Should another host decide to continue a game that a previous host has given up, it will count as a new game and monthly / bear status will have to be earned according to the current guidelines in place.
   
   
4. Any game or happening may be added to the calendar, it is not necessary to be sponsored to do so. It is required to be sponsored in order to be supplied with Acolyte prizes however. See the previous page for a list of Acolytes and Oracles who provide sponsorship.
   
   
5. Please view the current schedule prior to changing your game or happening. Only one listing of the same type is permitted per hour. Members from the original Second Kingdom who hosted a game during a time where an identical game was hosted in Dreamscape are grandfathered and permitted to keep their existing slot. However, you may not move your game into another slot if it conflicts with a similar game already hosted at that time.
   
   
6. It is understood that real-world issues may interfere with your ability to host. Listings may be placed on hold for periods of up to Two months. After that time, your listing will be removed from the calendar to allow other members the opportunity to host during that slot.
   
   
7. If the slot you have chosen is filled with other games or happenings, you may be asked to choose another slot. This is out of respect for established hosts who have already built a player-base, as well as to help you obtain a decent player-base to begin with.
   
   
8. Hosting in an outside locale is preferred; members hosting in an outdoor locale earn a "I Host On The Streets!" bear once every 3 months. Hosting isn't permitted in locales which contain Vendos, ATM Machines, Pawns, Transporters, Elevators, Turf Managers, or any other machines. There are also a few "traditional usage" locales which will not have new games scheduled. These are: Magic Shop, Regency Hall, Outside Isle Caribe, Mage Workroom, Paint Labs, Avatarwares, Monument Square, The Memorial Wall, as well as the interior Theatre locales.
   
   
9. All schedule requests must be made via the Add/Change/Delete forms, and replies done via E-Mail so an accurate record can be maintained. ESPs or ESPMail to the Calendar Team requesting changes will not be accepted.
   
   
10. Please complete all of the fields below and include a valid e-mail address. Forms with missing information or invalid e-mail addresses will not be processed and can delay the addition of your happening to the calendar.
