  Q: If I reinstall the client will I have to reload all of my graphics?

  A: Yes, most likely you will lose your graphics. Here are instructions on how to back them up and replace them.
     1. Start: My Computer. Double click the C:\ drive. Double click the Program Files folder. Double click the VZones folder.
     2. Right click the "WSRES" folder and select copy.
     3. Go to Edit: Paste to make a copy of your graphics files. Drag this folder onto your desktop. Name this folder something other than "WSRES" such as "WSRESBACKUP".
     4. If you need to reinstall your client, after you have done so, browse to your VZones folder, DELETE the WSRES folder, and replace it with the backup you made on your desktop. Rename the new folder to WSRES and you will be set to go.
