The Minister's Cat gets a Vacation

Poli and I were in our garden awaiting players for tonight’s game, and as it was such a beautiful evening in the garden, and we had no friends come visit, we decided to give our Minister’s Cat the evening off. Then we were visited by the lovely Chickie. Well, we certainly couldn’t send her away with out a gift, but the Cat had already gone bounding off and we couldn’t find the little scamp! (even after shaking the catnip treats box)! <giggles> We decided to ACRO the word POND, since we were discussing some of our chores when Chickie arrived.

Poli came up with the first one: Poli ordinarily never dallies!

Then Chickie came up with: people only need determination

And mine was: Purple, Often Nice Dahlias
