Again, another lovely evening in the Garden with a View and another very charming game of Minister's Cat. Tonight we introduced Adin to a Twisted Cat's Tail and had her pick out our Wild Letter for the evening. She chose W. Lady Cottington
plans on having a 'Wild Letter' conference with her later...<giggle>
Our Kitty was everything from 'rowdy' to 'yearning for true Love'! Speaking of which, I am afraid Goldy has become quite a crafty cat, especially when trying to sneak out and follow Le Mew about! I was unaware of the fact that many don't know that Goldy is a twin...yes...there is Goldy Goldie and Goldy Golden. Now it is Goldy Golden that I bring out most evenings as Goldy Goldie is quite timid and gets herself all in a tizzy, when out in public places. Of course Goldy Golden is just the opposite...being a big strong boy cat and all...<giggle>. Golden has been on restriction for awhile, since sneaking off to shadow Le Mew, so in his stead I finally talked Goldie into coming out for just one evening, of course hoping to build up her public self esteem some! I did think it a bit strange that she jumped at this opportunity with nary a whimper and boy was I surprised to find out why! Goldie and Golden had switched places! Goldie always rolls in the lavender bushes each and every day, while Golden who finds Lavender quite icky, has a penchant for pine needles. Not to hard to tell them apart, so when Goldie jumped into my arms, smelling so sweet of Lavender, I gave it no thought. Now during the game Calli and I both noticed that Goldie was whispering a lot with Le Mew and I was most surprised to hear Goldie openly flirting! Perhaps I had mistaken my ears earlier in the year and Le Mew was a Gentlemancat and not a Ladycat. Well of course it was only after I made a total fool of myself in public and after I had settled in my room for the evening, that I noticed that the cat I thought to be Golden was not...but was his sister Goldie. This was discovered while I was grooming Golden with my bare hand, and he started to smell extremely Lavanderish! Now for sure, I knew Golden would never EVER roll in Lavender so I immediately checked his left front paw for his birth-fur-mark. Of course it was not there, it was Goldie on my lap and Golden was nowhere to be found again! Now both cats are on restriction for the week with NO catnip treats and NO special Mage Nibbles! Who knew cats could be so sneaky!? Calli and I invite one all to join us again next week at 7pm in The Garden With A View. Learn more about sneaky cats and take home a Prize too! |
