Fried Fish Wrapped in Red

It was a lovely evening as Sister Calliope and I arrived at Garden View Park, to be greeted by a Sea of Red. I was especially happy as Red and Gold go so well together! Calliope brought Fred along, as he had been feeling a bit frisky lately and needed some fresh air, it was not long before the subject of fried fish came up, causing Calliope to pale a bit, with good reason...even I started to drool. As Calliope grew more nervous, we started the game, choosing I Spy this particular evening. Hoping that a rousing game would calm dear Calli, I encouraged my dear Sister to pick the first item. Lady Jelli started the first round with questions flying fast and furious until Glory guessed the Wall behind us. After several more rounds, (with Sister referring to LapinFou as Miss Fish Fryer), the last object (Fred) was chosen by Lady Jelli and guessed by TigerFeet. It had been a fun game with lots of laughs and we handed out our individual Picnic Baskets as Thank You Gifts.
