A Patriotic Cat by the Alphabet!

Again a most wonderful evening in the Garden tonight, warm breezes and wonderful Guests to visit with!

Fred and Goldy stayed home this evening, as they were still celebrating the 4th of July...Calli and I think they are plotting a 'freedom' break together, as we found 2 packed haversacks full of foods and sparklers, but Clio is keeping a close eye on them, whilst we play Minister's Cat.

Speaking of Guests, tonight we even had Jester Dips stop by to check on his " Merry Muses* and our Guests, to make sure the heat of the day had not wilted us...such a Gentleman Jester!

Althought we could not talk him into staying and joining us, (for he had more friends to greet), we soldiered on and did indeed have a fun Game describing our dear Cat as an:

A-pple Red and
B-lue American Shorthair, ,
C-langing the Liberty Bell, although
D-eafened by Fireworks, while
E-scorting the Minister to the evening festivities!

L-oving his friends, family, and country, while
M-ixing a huge potato salad for a Patriotic Picnic, the whole time
N-ational anthem meowing and
O-bserving all the wide eyed children watching the colorful lights in the sky!
