Hidden Robes

April 28, 2005

WeeMeHaHa, Lady Devra of Narnia, CassinaRose and Ms Tracy

In fine Parlour tradition, Muse Thalia started the evening off with one
of her amusing limericks:

A poet's wife uttered a curse,
"You'd rather rhyme than fill our purse!"
Her husband said, mildly,
"Don't carry on wildly - -
You married for better or verse!"

CassinaRose was so impressed with Thalia's limerick, that she gave her
a prize - a lovely purple lava lamp for her bedroom (at least it will
stay in her room until her sister Calli finds it and uses it as a night
light for her pet fish Fred)

This was Muse Erato's debut at Parlour Games, and she was most excited.
Thalia gave her the choice of game to play. She decided a game if Find
the Robes would be fun for all.

The guests were very clever for finding the Muses:

CassinaRose found Thalia in the Garden of Nime (smelling the pretty
flowers)

Ms Tracy found Erato in Springtime Picnic (happily munching away at the
fine picnic laid out on the table)

And to finish the game, WeeMeHaHa found Thalia at the Local Fishing
Hole (perhaps looking for another fish for the Muse Pond?)

Please join Muses Thalia and Erato again next week at Parlour Games for
more limericks and fun!
