Gifts for Mother

Lady Devra of Narnia, Bunny Wabbit, Nitika, Burnout, Woodsy, Luvheart, Lord Hatha and Charity.

Muse Terpsichore joined Muse Erato at Parlor Games this week as Thalia
had forgot about Mother's
Day and needed to go on a search to find Mother a most unique gift.

The players were guessing as to what gift(s) Thalia would find for
Mother (Alphabet Style of course)!

There was much speculation and very imaginative gifts that our players
along with Muse Terpsichore
came up with in many categories:

Food: Asparagus, cake, banoffee pie with lashings of cream, and
double chocolate cupcakes

Gems: ruby ring, gold necklace, incadescent pearls, opal earrings

Clothing: an elegant dress, jeans for exercising, and a new nightgown

Flowers: Purple roses and a honeysuckle bouquet

Miscellaneous delights: a french manicure, a new book of poetry, a
woodpecker, a new umbrella and some tickets to a show!

For the second round, we composed a wee poem to write into Mother's
greeting card:

Dear Mother,

The day is yours
And I want to show you how much you mean to me
So look outside, I've planted you a new tree
May the seeds flower as u give us daily in our hearts
And grow as much as our love
As the ground nutures the tree, as you have always nurtured me

When the card came around to Terpsie, she added the following line to
the group poem:

The End!

(We now know why she is the Muse of Dance and not Poetry) *giggles*

Please join the Muses for more fun times at Parlor games on Thursdays
in the Morpheus East Rose
Gardens at 4pm WA.
