| Andi, Muse “Whacky” Erato, Muse Thalia, LadyDevra of Narnia, Bunny Wabbit, Kahlua, Nitika, Ladyfair, Burnout, Chiquita, Tiger Feet and Tarnsnut. Greetings all! Muse Thalia reporting about another fun-filled Parlour Games. Per usual, I started the session with a comical limerick: There is a sweet RED Muse
named Terpsi We played Taboo which entails one to be “It” and the rest of the players have to ask ‘It” questions that will force him/her to answer with a word starting with the Taboo letter. Lady Devra of Narnia was our first “It” girl and the Taboo letter was “C”. Muse Erato was kidnapped a couple of times by the Crash Family hence suggesting the diabolical letter. After a few players tried to stump the clever Lady Devra, Burnout’s question of “What is the name of the main ingredient in coffee that is primarily responsible for keeping people awake” (only answer was Caffeine we agreed) caused Devra to relinquish her “It” status to Bunny Wabbit. The letter “B” was next to be Taboooooooooooooo! Tiger Feet won this round by stumping Bunny with this question: “What is the name of the capitol city of Argentina?” Buenos Aires of course. Kahlua was our next “It” girl and the letter “V” was Tabooooooooooo! Ladyfair was the one to baffle Kahlua that round with, “What is the brand name of petroleum jelly?” “It” was close but we did not accept her clever answer of, “Upside down A without a line jelly.” Nitika is now “It” and the letter “E” was Taboooooooo! Ladyfair asked Nitika, “The pink muse is Muse____________?” And our very clever “It” girl answered, “Whacky”. hehehe! Isn’t it just so true? We all laughed so hard! Once again, Tiger Feet asked the winning question: “What is the name of the continent that France and Germany are located on?” And Europe was the Taboo answer of course. LadyFair was our next “It” with the letter “P” being Taboooooo! Quite a good round but Andi succeeded with, “What is the nut that makes up Jiffy spread?” Peanut was the only acceptable answer this time. Our sweet froggie, Chiquita was “It” and the letter “F” was Taboooooo! Chiquita was unstoppable and our game time ran out. Well done, Chiquita! Muse “Whacky” Erato and I had a wonderful time with our most creative Parlour players and we bestowed our appreciation gift baskets to all. Please join us every Thursday, 4:00 WAT at Morpheus Garden East for lots of laughter and fun in the Parlour! |
