The Little Man

March 8, 2005

I suppose many would have been disappointed to arrive for a game and see only one person there to greet you. This wasn't the case for Muses Clio and Melpomene. When they arrived at the Rose Garden for Picnic Puzzles, a lone little WeeMeHaHa was there waiting, a huge grin on her face. That was all the motivation the Muses needed.

"How can we entertain you today WeeMeHaHa?" the Muses had asked. The little fish suggested they sing a song or tell a story. Terpsichore is the singer of songs, and Clio tells a great story, however she wasn't quite prepared for story telling that day. Being the great story-teller, however, she managed to find a story, it was a very special story, one that had been written and given to her.

While telling the story, DustyBrat, DustyRose of Narnia, and Glory joined in to listen. The story, although sad at times, had a very happy ending. WeeMeHaHa jumped for joy at the happy ending.

Afterwards, the Muses and guests discussed the story, why it may have ended the way it did. The ending had made Melpomene think about the Second Kingdom citizens and the Kymer citizens uniting as one, and how they are discovering that they really aren't so different from each other.

Please join Muses Clio and Melpomene in the Morpheus Rose Garden East on Tuesday at 5pm. You never know what fun will await you, so don't miss out!
