For the Love of Children

We have many children with many different names.
Our blood may not run through them, but we love them just the same.
They came to us from far and near,
some full of laughter most of fear, some with scars to deep for tears.
With plenty of hugs and closet space, most unpacked their baggage at their on pace
Most learned how to laugh, some even to cry,
And the toughest ones found it hardest to say goodbye.
Though they came and went for many of years,
The laughter they learned was worth our goodbye tears.

There is a friend whose always been,
She knows me like her hand, Through thick and thin.
Tornado, sleet and hurricane, on her I can depend.
Not by birth, but a higher plan, our lives were knit together,
Though we may live for many years, we shall be sisters forever.
In spite of miles and years triumphs , trials or fears, attempts to spit our bond ,came to naught.
The strands of our lives were caught bound beyond comprehension.

Hearts and souls know no bounds, as best friends reverse your frowns.
They make the world go around and round and turn one into two.
As clear as the sky is blue is the fact that friends are true.
They are there when you go boohoo, and be there like one's shadow in the time
of need because best friends are FAMILY indeed
