The topic for today was our favorite things in nature. We all shared things we love and enjoy that are available to us to us to enjoy just by relaxing and experiencing nature.

Freeform

I love the birds that fly...
i put seed out for them on my deck
they holler when there is none out there
before i moved to where i am now
there was this blue jay
he/she would come to the glass door
and bang its beak on the glass
when it got my attention and i got the seed
it would go up into the nearest tree
until i put the seed out
they sure are bossy and very pretty

Snowflakes on roses and whiskers on kittens,
music that comforts and beauty that's written,
red paper packages laced up in strings,
these are a few of my favourite things.

Now it is Springtime, now it is not-
Warm balmy breezes and blossoms galore-
But sudden inches of wet cold snow...one cannot ignore-
Back and forth and forth to back-
Will Spring be able to break out of it's sack?
I sure hope so...ooooo yes please please-
We NEED our flowers and bumble bees!

Glorious Green
by DUSTY

Emerald pine trees
Holly wreaths and spring flowers
Glisten in the sun
Grass in the meadows
Sprouts in my kitchen garden
All Glorious Green!

Spring
by Wasser B. Maus

Blues and Greens, Purples and Pinks...
Springs sweet Fragrance with Heaven does link...
Cycles of Light brighten, giving growth a spurt...
Hearts sing aloud, worms start tilling the dirt...
Life all around dances in great delight...
God Gave us Spring as he gave us Light...

Flutterbys
by Stella

Flutterbys are the most beautiful creatures,
Orange, and yellow, and blue and green,
I do think they are...
the most beautiful creatures I have ever seen.

They hoover and swirl in the most
magnificent patterns ...filling my joy
with their graceful wings...
I do believe they are the most beautiful things!

Our topic for this coming Tuesday is "Things that astound us with their beauty". Please do be sure to join us at 11:00amwat, in Threat re View!
