Mother, sisters and I had such fun at Atlanis this past week. It is a lovely place, and everyone was in a very festive mood. Sisters Melpomene, Terpsichore, Calliope and I hosted "Wipe Out" in the place of Poetry Corner and I Read The Weekly Prophet.

It is a very exciting game that gave us an excuse to get our surf boards out of the closet (all but Poly, I hear). Sister Melpomene even took a turn at riding the wave randomizer. We learned a new surfing term from Doc Purpleman( let me check my book to be sure I have it right); here it is! "Groady ...groady to the max!" He didn't explain the meaning, but I do think it is a good thing.

Many of our friends from Kymer and Second Kingdom joined us as we challenged the wave, and there was great enthusiasm as we strove to conquer it. We hope you will all join us the next time Atlantis appears.

Muse Terpsichore and I shall be presenting Poetry Corner Tuesday morning,11pm wat, at Theatre View. The topic will be Mother's Day. We shall all be looking forward to seeing you at the "I Read The Weekly Prophet" games.
