Muse Polyhymnia
Muse of the Sublime and Sacred Hymn,
Eloquence and Dance

Her name means "many songs" and is sometimes spelled Polymnia. She is so named because by her great praises she brings honor and distinction to writers and poets whose works have won for them immortal fame.

Muse Polyhymnia is the youngest of the nine Muses.
She was the 7th Muse to arrive from the
far mountains and was welcomed lovingly into the
arms of the Kymer townspeople.
Before she came, Muse Polyhymnia helped people
in her old home with a more religious theme to life.
She is often referred to as "She of sacred hymns."
She hopes to bring some of this to Kymer, but is very interested in getting people involved in theatric productions, and has a very strong love for poetry.
After all, hymns are songs, and songs are poetry in motion.  When Polyhymnia is in the garden,
she can often be found "musing" about the flowers and resting outside the gates of the quarters. She is very friendly and loves to talk, so if you see her, don't be shy!
