Too Hard?

Muse Melpomene was "under the weather" and could not attend Muse Potpourri.  Not to worry though, Mother said she would be "right as rain" after a good day's rest.  Muse Euterpe carried on with a game of What's in a Word with a very intelligent group of players.  She chose the theme of the Ice Castle as she had enjoyed spending time wandering there in the past few weeks.

For the first round, Muse Euterpe felt she was easing the players into the game and did not give any words that were too difficult.  For the second round she let them choose easy or hard words.  It started off with DustyBrat asking for a hard word and rolling a Six.  Muse Euterpe gave her the word Ima Dahl to find 6 words in.  While waiting expectantly, Euterpe was whisked away by the Crash Family for a full breakfast including a leisurely cup of morning tea.  Upon returning she was assured that DustyBrat had indeed found 6 words and did it beautifully.  Euterpe decided that maybe hard should not be quite so hard for the remaining of the round so as not to make the Crash Family aware she was still there.

At the end of the hour Euterpe gave out both Melpy and her lovely handcrafted flutes and invited everyone to return next week for more fun and laughter.

Please join the Muses next week in Talker's Corner for Muse Potpourri at 9am WAT where anything could happen.
