Confession is Good for the Muse

Muse Euterpe was joined by Muse Thalia for Potpourri on Wednesday. As the guests arrived they decided an innocent game of Mad Gab was in order. Lil' DD, Sirona, Sass, Amelie, Maiden and Ræÿñä were willing to give it a try.

Muse Euterpe graciously gave them a clue, then the phrase they had to pronounce to figure out what she really meant, and counted to 10. At the end of the countdown everyone yelled out what they thought she was trying to say. She made sure all of the phrases were gentle, innocent and would not harm any living thing. Quick as a flash, Mother popped in after discovering the last answer. The Muses have always thought that Mother had eyes and ears everywhere and this proved it. Mother questioned them about pillow fights when she had long gone to bed and admitted that nothing is beyond her notice. The Muses tried to assuare her it was only a clue in a game of Mad Gab but Mother had noticed that extra pillowcases had been in the laundry lately. With a short admonition that she would be keeping a closer eye on evening activities, Mother left with best wishes for all.

Everyone agreed and looked forward to playing this game another day. Thalia and Euterpe gave each guest a Pure Love Flower Chest and hurried home to make sure there were no loose feathers to attract Mother's attention.
