It was Parlour Games time again!  And what a time we had playing The Name Game with the bouncy basketball and our clever players!

We bounced around a few folks like: Alicia and her husband Al who live in Alberta while annoying alligators, Betty and Bobo from Boston who sell beans, Cristy and Carl from Canada who cure cats, Elle and Ethan brought us eardrops from England, Hannah and her hubby Henry in Halifax hug hippos (their arms must get tired!), Igor and Ingrid gave us insight from Idaho, Jacqueline and hubby Jack jump in jam in Jacarta (we didn’t ask…), Lena and Lenin along with their lemmings live in Luxemburg, Terrence and Thomasina truss turkeys in Transylvania – a bloodless job for sure!  We found out that Nettie and Nathan live in Nebraska and nip nubbins… “nubbins?” we asked and learned that they are the little corn ears that didn’t grow!  Hey, we always find out something new at this game!!

After many rounds of the Name Game, we finished off with all our lovely voices singing songs!  Almost too many to mention here but a few highlights heard were: Edelweiss, Baby Love, Great Balls of Fire (goodness, gracious!), How Much Is That Doggie In The Window (ensued many “awwwws”), My Boyfriend’s Back (and you’re gonna be in trubble), New York, New York and many other favorite songs!  All were in fine form and surprisingly in tune!  (hee! hee!)

Join in on the fun every Wednesday at 4:00 WAT in the Rose Garden for the exciting and comical Parlour Games!!
