Team Type Events

Special Guidelines Pertaining To Team Type Events

Teams Sign Up's:

  • To Hold a Team Type Event, it must FIRST be approved by Event Sponsor & the Event CT.
  • Team sign ups will NOT start until the event has been approved by the Event CT & the event web site is on the Event Calendar.
  • The event organizer or webmaster, MUST set up an e-mail account to receive team sign-ups, this will NOT be handled via ESP or ESP mail.
  • Event host are always to post their winners, but Hosts that sign up to host in this event MUST be made aware this is a team type event & it is VERY important they post their winners ASAP.
  • Team's list must be posted on the Event's web site for all to view.
  • ALL Players will be allowed to sign up to a team prior to the Team Close deadline.
  • NO TEAM JUMPING , once a player is signed up to a team, the player can NOT request a change to another team later.
  • Team Sign Ups will close(deadline at)the Wednesday right before the event at 11pm vzt.
  • There will be an unlimited amount of Teams, must be enough teams to accommodate sign ups up to team sign up closing deadline.
  • There will be up to 10 members/players per team.
  • Members/Players can NOT sign up as pre made teams.
  • Players/Members signing up are allowed to chose their team choice, not forced onto a team of the event host's choice.
  • Team members are signed up on a first come first served basis.
  • No members/players are EVER forced into, pushed into etc...signing up/ participating in teams .

Points and determine the Winning Teams

  • A Score/points list must be kept on the Event website & kept as current as possible.
  • Teams will be awarded with points based on how individual players did at that event's games .
  • To score a point the EXACT avie name must have won the game, Alts may play, but the alt's points only count to the team they are signed up to.
  • A First place win will be awarded 4 points, second place win 3, third place win 2 and fourth place win 1.
  • Game hosts may be given 1 point per game hosted, if the Event Host chooses this option.
  • Scores/Points will be tallied several times per day, displayed on the point/score list which is to be on the event website & a record personally kept the Event Host on something like an excel word sheet , that is available if ever needed by the Event CT.
  • At the Event's conclusion, there will be 4 winning teams: a 1st place team, a 2nd placed team, a 3rd placed team & a 4th placed team.
  • Teams with the most points 1st - 4th placing teams are awarded a special team prize labeled something like winning 1st place team, 2nd place team etc..

Special Prize for the Winning Team Players:

  • The Event Host may chose 1 item to represent the trophy. , the info for that item MUST come in with all other info in Event request submission to the Sponsor, This item needs to fitting to the theme of the Event.
  • This 1 very same item will be used for awarding each team, labeled re the placing the team represents( 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th)that it is given to.
  • This 1 item can be colored in 1 to 4 different requested codes by the Event Host.
  • The Event Sponsor requests from the Event CT the amount of rewards needed.
  • The Event Sponsor delivers to the Event Host the Winning Teams awards.
  • The Event Host is responsible in seeing EACH team player is awarded their reward.
  • The Event Host will keep updated the Event Sponsor of the reward deliveries ( who's been delivered to, who still needs theirs etc)
  • The Event Sponsor is responsible in keeping the Event CT up to date on how the team reward deliveries are going.

These guidelines are subject to change as things/issues arise that are not foreseen.
